Meditation
People are now becoming aware of the many benefits that can be obtained through meditation. These benefits are visible physically, psychologically and spiritually. Although people are conscious of these benefits, some are hesitant to try. Most have a preconceived notion that in order to meditate, you must be in the "Lotus Position." This is FALSE. Others will say that their mind wanders when they make attempts. Just know everyone's mind wanders at first. Meditation like anything else takes practice and a little guidance from an experienced instructor.
Reiki
Reiki is a form of therapy that uses simple hands-on, no-touch, and visualization techniques, with the goal of improving the flow of life energy in a person. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki practitioners are trained to detect and alleviate problems of energy flow on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Reiki touch therapy is used in much the same way to achieve similar effects that traditional massage therapy is used—to relieve stress and pain, and to improve the symptoms of various health conditions.

Archetypes can be characterized as universal personality types or personas and represent behavior patterns that are recognizable and common across cultures, times, genders, etc. Archetypes can present a blueprint or roadmap of your current position and offer ways to change direction and/or move towards your desired destination. It’s through self-awareness, discovery & sincerity that one may realize their true self. Archetypes are another tool that can assist you with this realization.
